起罐 Removal of the Cup
拔罐时，一般留罐10-15分钟，待局部皮肤瘀血时，将罐取下。取罐时，左手扶住罐身，右手按压罐口的皮肤，使空气进入罐内，火罐即可松脱，不可硬拉或旋动，以免损伤皮肤。若罐大或吸附力加强时，可适当缩短留罐的时间，以免起泡。医.学.全.在线.网.站.提供
Generally, the cup is retained in the location for 10 to 15 minutes, in this period, the local place would become hyperemic. The cup is then removed. On removal, hold the cup with the left hand and press the skin beside the edge of the cup with the right hand to let the air come into the cup, and release cup. It is not allowed to remove the cup by pulling or turning it hard, which may injure the skin. If cupping is conducted by a big cup and the suction is very strong, the cup should be retained for shorter time so as to avoid causing blister.
