初起脘部或绕脐疼痛，旋即转移至右下腹，以手按之其痛加剧，痛处固定不移，右腿屈而难伸，并有发热恶寒，恶心呕吐，便秘 ，尿黄，舌苔薄腻而黄，脉数有力等证。若痛势剧烈，腹皮拘急，拒按，局部可触及肿块，壮热自汗，脉象洪数等，则属重证。

 Main Manifestations
Firstly, there is epigastric or periumbilical pain which soon moves down to the right lower quadrant. The pain is localized, intensified by pressure and accompanied by limited extention of right leg, chills and fever, nausea, vomiting, constipation, dark urine, thin yellowish stickly tongue coating , and rapid forceful pulse. The presence of excruciating pain intolerable with pressure, tenseness of belly, palpable lump found in the local of abdomen, high fever, spontaneous sweating, and surging and rapid pulse indicates a severe condition.医学全在线www.med126.com
